Hey!
So basically, I love film and TV. I've started this blog to share with you my favourite films and movie moments, as well as quotes and everything to do with film. Including favourite actors and characters they play, awesome plots and plot twists, directors I admire and take inspiration from. I will also include reviews of films I have recently (or not) seen and would love feedback on what you love about film.
Media and film has always interested me and I love the escapism it provides us with. The way we can relate to a particular situation a character is in or the way a plot or storyline evokes all kinds of different emotion, whether its anger, sadness, happiness, confusion, shock/surprise or fear, it shows how powerful film can be. It can inspire us and even repulse us, either way film still plays an important part of our daily lives if we allow it.
Personally, I love films that are able to shock me, to make me say "Well, I did not see that coming...", whether that's because of a major plot twist, where a main character dies or a moment where you're like "Oh My God! It was him/her the whole time!!", or because of a gory scene, where dismembered heads and limbs are flying everywhere. Or films that make me cry, because we all love a good cry once in a while, where, again, a character may die, or they just can't be together! But they should be!
The purpose of this blog is to express the things I love and admire about film and TV, and it would be awesome to see what you think and your opinions about anything to do with it!
